High quality scientific reporting is an essential research skill. This workshop will bring together expert methodologists with members of the ICS and IUGA scientific committees, and members of the editorial boards of specialty journals. In dialogue with workshop participants they will consider how researchers can implement formal reporting guidance, including CONSORT for randomized studies and STROBE for observational studies. In interactive sessions we will assess the importance of good reporting for success in the submission of conference abstracts and papers.
