Learning Objectives
Understand the why do we have cases of refractory overactive bladder and how to manage these cases. Know how to deal with very difficult cases of vesico vaginal fistulae and cases of female voiding dysfunction. Compare between laparoscopic and robotic sacrocolpopexy techniques.

The aim is to present a scientific session to the Pan Arab Continence Society (PACS) members and others to attend and discuss this interesting subject during the ICS meeting. The programme will include different subjects that cover the hot topics of voiding dysfunction and urinary incontinence. Neurogenic voiding dysfunction and medically refractory overactive bladder is a complex problem that needs good evaluation and decision-making and we shall present and discuss how to deal with the problem. One of the important topics will be the management of very difficult cases of vesicovaginal fistula, the painful bladder syndrome and the tricks in fixing pelvic organ prolapse.

This session is free to all registered delegates and is available on a first come first served basis. The views expressed in these Society Sessions are those of the speakers and not necessarily those of the International Continence Society.
