ICS 2023 Workshop Submission Centre closed 3rd January 2023 23:59 GMT.

All speakers and chairs of accepted workshops have now been sent an email confirming the date and time of their workshop.

The deadline for speakers to confirm their participation is Thursday 23rd February 2023.

If you have any queries regarding your workshop, which is not answered in the below guidelines, please email the ICS Office on info@ics.org.

Information about workshop submissions

The application to run a workshop must be completed by the workshop Chair via the ICS website, who must be an ICS member. On successful submission of your application you will receive an e-mail acknowledging receipt of your application. All applications are then graded and selected by the ICS Education Committee.

  • Keywords
  • Aims and Objectives (100 max)
  • Description of workshop
  • Any special requirements
  • Speaker names/publications and experience
  • The developed schedule of the workshop
