Rebekah Das is a physiotherapist from Australia currently practicing in India in the field of continence and pelvic floor rehabilitation. Rebekah has taught in postgraduate and undergraduate physiotherapy programs at the University of South Australia since 2001, receiving three quality teaching awards. She currently teaches in the ‘Conservative Management of Pelvic Organ Prolapse’ Professional Certificate at the University of South Australia. She has also served as a physiotherapy committee member for the International Continence Society (ICS) from 2011-2017. Rebekah completed her PhD in 2014, investigating the nature and assessment of urinary urgency. She has presented at numerous international conferences including the ICS, Australian Physiotherapy Association, Continence Foundation of Australia, Society of Indian Physiotherapists and Indian Association of Physiotherapy. Rebekah received presentation awards at the 2013 APA conference and the 2014 ICS Conferences and received the Ruth Grant Prize for distinction in dedication and application to research in Physiotherapy in 2015.
