ICS Public Forums - a Joint Venture

The Public Forum is a joint venture between local patient and professional organisations of the ICS annual meeting host country and the ICS Continence Promotion Committee. The Public Forum provides the perfect opportunity for the ICS and CPC to raise awareness of all aspects of bladder and bowel incontinence and discuss issues of relevance to continence promotion. World famous and local specialists from the ICS membership volunteer their time to provide up-to-date information on the management and treatment of incontinence, coping mechanisms and how to improve the quality of life for those living with incontinence.

The Public Forum Vision

The Public Forum is one way of focusing the attention of the general public and international medical community on the reality of life for people with incontinence. It is open to the general public, caregivers and healthcare professionals.
The first ICS Public Forum was held on Saturday 25th August 2007 in Rotterdam at the conclusion of the ICS annual meeting. It has now become a free annual event, open to the public.
