We strongly encourage all ICS 2014 delegates to urgently check their requirements for a Visa to enter Brazil. This is due to reported delays in receiving the Visa in some countries. We particularly encourage those delegates and speakers residing in the USA and Canada to begin the Visa process as early as possible due to delays in processing Visas by Brazilian embassies.
Please visit Visa Information to download your personalised letter of invitation. These can be used in your application to the Brazilian Consulate. Please use them accordingly when applying for Visa. You will need to enter your details, download the PDF and forward it as appropriate.
