Aims and Objectives	The workshop provides comprehensive review of the latest evidence in assessment and management of LUTS in patients with chronic medical conditions. This includes management of LUTS in the elderly, in patients with multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, and following stroke. The workshop covers all aspects of management including conservative, medical and surgical management. The issues surrounding catheter care and its complications will be discussed along with a new session on reconstructive surgery. This will cover neuromodulation, cystoscopic botulinium injections, and advanced reconstructive surgery including cystoplasty and urinary diversion.
