ICS 2013 will host the ever popular Meet the Expert sessions. The aim of these sessions is to provide an informal atmosphere where delegates can interact with experts who will give their undivided attention for an hour over lunch, for knowledge, insight and networking. The session will be open to all but strictly on a first come first served basis. Due to the popularity of these sessions we are charging a small fee of €10 for registration to ensure attendance. A lunchbox will be provided to all delegates registered for Meet the Experts.

Please also note that you must arrive in good time for the session and in the event that you arrive after the first 15 minutes, your place will be given to someone on the waiting list. Tickets are non-refundable.

Nearer the time of the meeting you will be asked to submit questions in preparation for this session, please consider a few queries that you would like to ask the experts on your table.

If the table you wish to attend is fully booked please email Daniela Bloch dbloch@kenes.com and you will be placed on the waiting list. If you are on the waiting list, please arrive at the session on time and you will be given a place in the event of non-attendance by another.
