Aims & Objectives
The workshop aims to present and discuss one of the most frequent and important Moisture Associated Skin Damage (MASD) such as the Incontinence Associated Dermatitis (IAD). This is a relevant issue in continence care, negatively impacting the quality of life of incontinent people. What are the available evidences about IAD risk and predictive factors besides its prevention? What are the challenges for its prevention and management in different health settings? How can IAD be assessed in a systematic way? These are just some of the issues this workshop aims to cover.
