The aim of the Annual General Meeting (AGM) is to provide the opportunity for the ICS Board of Trustees to outline to ICS members the activities completed in the past year, and to present plans for the future. The AGM includes a review of the annual accounts for the preceding year and financial plans for coming years.
The AGM is available for attendance by ICS members only.
The ICS Board of Trustees recognise that the AGM does not offer the membership sufficient opportunity to discuss society matters at length or in depth. Following the success of last year's inaugural members/Board meeting, the ICS Trustees would like to invite ICS members and Annual Meeting delegates to the second Town Hall Meeting to discuss ICS strategy and direction. This is your opportunity as ICS members to discuss matters directly with the Board and to provide your feedback and suggestions for future initiatives.
