Reach Beyond the Conference Centre

Educational Grant for the Virtual Platform

Independent educational grants, dedicated to the educational mission of the Annual Meeting, are appreciated and important to the Meeting‘s success.

  • Support will be acknowledged in the Industry Support and Exhibition section, on the event website and mobile application.

Product Theatre Sessions

Product Theatre sessions are 10-15/20-30 minutes in length, pre-recorded, available on demand from a designated area in the virtual exhibition hall.

  • The supporter will record the session himself. The ICS team can record the session for an additional cost.

  • The supporter will be able to choose if to upload the presentation to the ICS website so it will be available for ICS members after the annual meeting platform will be closed or available only during the three months in which the annual meeting is live.

  • The participants will have an option to submit questions to the supporter- another way to engage with our participants

  • Product Theaters provide a high value, educational opportunity for hosts to reach engaged healthcare professionals. These sessions deliver a platform to discuss issues on patient education, specific products and therapeutic areas

  • Metrics of usage will be provided including contact details of attendees who agreed to share their contact details during the registration process

  • Highlight and demonstrate new and existing products.

  • Provide up-to-date research findings.

  • Give product details in-depth.

  • Demonstrate products.

Social Media Packages

Take advantage of the 20,000 people following the official ICS social media channels to promote your activities in (or outside) the annual meeting.
Packages are available for six, four or two items. Multiple packages can be bought.

World Map

The World Map is a unique atlas providing viewers with extra info/data on conference participants from around the globe. The map is an interactive experience for participants to connect based on their geographical origins, ideal for enhancing participant networking in the virtual environment. Attendees will be able to contact other attendees via the world map.

  • Support will be recognized with World map signage within virtual Lobby including “Supported by…” and a company logo only.
  • Support will be acknowledged in the Industry Support and Exhibition section section of the virtual platform.

Virtual Briefcase Insert

The briefcase is the virtual Congress bag where attendees can save promotional and educational materials collected across the virtual congress.

  • The supporter can add a document which will be added to the briefcase as a default.
  • Please do note that attendees are able to send the document stored in their briefcase to their emails and delete them.

Networking Lounge

There will be a Networking Lounge where attendees can interact and connect with each other, by group, 1×1 or video call.

  • Support will be recognised with the company logo in the entrance of the Networking Lounge and the two advertisements.
  • Those logos and advertisements can be linked to external/internal hyperlinks / PDF/ pop up video of your choice.
  • Support will be acknowledged in the Industry Support and Exhibition section of the virtual platform.
  • Metrics of usage will be provided including contact details of attendees who agreed to share their contact details during the registration process.

Outside Branding

  • Supporting company will have the opportunity to brand the flags signage in the welcome page of the virtual Meeting.
  • This page is the first page participants will see before each login to the platform, giving your company big exposure even before entering the virtual venue.
  • Please note these flags cannot be linked to any additional images/links.

Flags/Logo in the Virtual Lobby

  • Supporting company will have their logo placed in once of the screens in the virtual lobby.
  • A great exposure, as participants can click on the logo and be directed to the company’s booth or a web page.
  • Those logos and advertisements can upgrade to be linked to PDF/ pop up video of your choice
  • Metrics of usage will be provided including contact details of attendees who agreed to share their contact details during the registration process

Virtual Live Notification

  • One “live notification” sent to all online participants through the virtual platform, to be coordinated with Meeting Organizer.
  • Specifications will be provided by the congress organizers.
  • The virtual push notification can include an external or internal hyperlink of your choice

Advertisements in the Exhibition Hall

Supporter can purchase one or more of the advertisements space in the exhibition hall- back wall advertisements and/or product theatre rollups.

  • Those advertisements can be linked to external/internal hyperlinks / PDF/ pop up video of your choice
  • Metrics of usage will be provided including contact details of attendees who agreed to share their contact details during the registration process.

Please note that it is the Exhibitor’s / Supporter’s responsibility to comply with the local authority’s regulations, EFPIA (European Federation of Pharmaceuticals Industries & Associations)and IFMPA (International Federation of Pharmaceutical Manufacturers & Associations)Code of Practice on the Promotion of Medicines. Failure to comply with these regulations may not be used as a ground to declare the contract void. Failure to comply with the rules and regulations will not expose the Organiser to any suits, demands by the Exhibitor/Supporter or any other third party.
