Registration for In-Person Participants includes:
- Entrance to all Meeting sessions with our live and in-person distinguished faculty
- Access to a thriving Exhibition with our returning Supporters, who are looking forward to meeting with you again after so long
- Enjoy face to face networking opportunities with colleagues and peers again, following three years and two virtual Meetings
- Access to annual Meeting publications
- Delicious Coffee breaks during the Meeting as indicated in the programme
- An application has been made for CME accreditation of the live meeting and the on-demand content
- Invitation to join us at the ICS 2022 Welcome Reception at the end of day one
- Entrance to free Workshops and additional sessions – only for registered attendees
- Access to all the recorded sessions until 13 September 2022
Registration for Workshops includes:
- Admission to the relevant Workshop
- All relevant Workshop material
- Coffee breaks on relevant day
Registration for Online Participants includes:
- Watch the available sessions you are interested in – live or recorded until 13 September 2022. Missed a live event? No problem, just watch back when you are ready
- Create your own schedule at home or in the office, attend any of the available sessions, whenever and wherever
- An application has been made for CME accreditation of the live meeting and the on-demand content
- Access to abstracts and watch the podium authors present their research
- Ask your questions to our international experts and industry representatives during live presentations
- Access to Annual Meeting publications
Delegates from China – Please note you may not be able to access our online meeting as we use services which are blocked in the PRC (e.g. YouTube, Vimeo, Zoom).
REGISTRATION CONVERSION & CANCELLATION POLICY
Converting from In-Person to Online Attendance
- Standard Registration
- Up to 8 August 2022: Receive a refund of the difference in fees.
- As of 9 August 2022: Ability to switch BUT there will be no refund of the difference in fees.
When changing your registration category, the fee applied will be based on the registration fee and category applicable at the time of change.
- With Flex Ticket (+50 EUR)
- Switch from In-person to Online attendance any time before the congress: Receive a refund of the difference in fees.
Converting from Online to In-Person Attendance
- Switch at any time! You will be required to pay the difference in fees, applicable based on the registration fee and category at the time of change.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be electronically mailed to reg_ics22@kenes.com
- Cancellations received up to and including 27 July 2022 – full refund
- Cancellation received between 28 July and 23 August 2022 – 50% refund
- Cancellations received after 23 August 2022 – no refund
Note, in case of cancellation at any stage, bank transfer handling fee (30 USD) will not be refunded – applicable to bank transfers only.
