Dr.Sadia laraib, Dr.Naresh kumar valecha,Dr.Manisha
Abstract:
Background:
Ectopic testis is a rare congenital anamoly characterized by testicular malposition outside the normal scrotal pathway. It can be found in various locations, including perineal (as in this case),femoral, pubic, penile, inguinal. Approximately 1 in 100 males experience testicular maldescent.
Case Presentation:
A young man's life changed when he sought help for painful perineal swelling. On examination there was a bilateral empty scrotum with perineal swelling. Imaging revealed bilateral testicular ectopia, a suprising diagnosis.
Methodology:
With compassion and precision, surgeons performed bilateral orchidopexy, restoring fertility and health.
Results:
Post-op assessments confirmed successful testicular repositioning, preserved vascularity, and uncomplicated recovery.
 Conclusion:
Delayed diagnosis risks devastating consequences. This courageous patient's story underscores the power of awareness, timely intervention, and parental education. Together we can transform lives. Empowering healthcare providers and families with knowledge ensures no one faces this rare condition alone.

Clinical Implications:
– Early detection and surgical intervention: the keys to complication-free outcomes
– Bilateral presentation: a call for meticulous evaluation
– Parental awareness and education: the foundation of timely care
Keywords: perineal ectopic testis, testicular maldescent, orchidopexy, undescended testis.male/female urethra, genitals, reconstruction.
