Podium video abstract presentations are short, pre-recorded videos shown during a live session. A session chair will introduce your abstract, and you will take part in a live Q&A after your video.
Key steps for podium video abstract presenters:
- Prepare your disclosure slide and upload at least 1 hour before your session
- Attend your session and present your video
Your Video and Disclosures
The AV team will play your video during the session, you do not need to bring it onsite.
You must prepare a disclosure slide using the official PowerPoint template. This slide will be shown before your video in the session hall, no other slides are required.
All disclosure slides must be submitted at the Speaker Service Centre (Room 0.2 Berlin) at least 1 hour before the session start time.
