Thank you for chairing an ICS ePoster session. These sessions are an important part of the Annual Meeting, providing a more informal and interactive setting to showcase new research. Your role is key in creating a welcoming environment, encouraging discussion, and ensuring each presenter has the opportunity to share their work.
About ePoster Sessions
- All ePoster sessions take place during coffee and lunch breaks at ePoster Stations in the Exhibition.
- Sessions run in parallel, typically with smaller audiences, offering a more informal and discussion-led format.
- During lunchtime sessions, two chairs are allocated per station to allow you to take a short break if needed.
- Abstracts are grouped by topic where possible, although some sessions may include a mix of subjects.
