Alexis Schizas is an accomplished Consultant Colorectal and General Surgeon, who is based in London. Alexis qualified from Guy’s and St Thomas’ Hospitals in 1999. His higher surgical training was undertaken in the South East London Region. The research done by Alexis was performed at St Thomas Hospital and was awarded his MD in 2011.
Alexis was appointed as a Consultant Colorectal Surgeon to Guys and St Thomas' Hospitals in 2011. His specialist interests are in advanced primary, recurrent colorectal cancer, anal cancer surgery, laparoscopic colorectal surgery and pelvic floor pathology.
