My Clinical practice and scientific activity is mainly oriented on incontinence treatment from childhood during time including transitional care to adults (neurogenic bladder and bowel ,botulinum toxin, sacral neuromodulation , laparoscopic procedure for continence, quality of life). I gained experience in international educational course organization ( ESPU, ICCS), I have been for many times director of research studies supported by National Health System as well involved in international multicentric studies, phase III. My daily clinical practice is a multidisciplinary approach working with paediatrician, urotherapist, and other surgeons, and I think that my professional experience could be useful in a working group activity as Children’s Committee .I have participated to 15 surgical mission and cooperation project in different developing countries, where I have gained experience to different approach to the same pathologies (Urological malformation, Neurogenic bladder, spina bifida, anorectal malformation, bladder exstrophy, urethral trauma, etc) that I treat daily but in a different context. I am interested to promote around the world the same clinical approach and treatment in the management of urinary and fecal incontinence in children and young adults, with special attention to transitional care that is a critical point around the world. I would like to define common guidelines , accepted by all different Societies involved in pediatrics, considering first of all the activity of ICS. Up to now there are still many differences in different countries and geographical area ( North Europe, Scandinavia, South Europe, developing countries, as I have well noticed in my overseas activity ( Bangladesh,Cambodia, Vietnam, etc, and I would like to help to cross over these differnces in these 3 next years
