ICS will work with you (with expert advice from the ICS Scientific and Education Committees) to define what constitutes the “Best of the ICS Annual Meeting”.
The content (e.g. summary PowerPoint slides, abstract excerpts, video content) is then collated and placed in a slide set. You can then share the content for your own presentation needs to target groups, clients or staff. The content can be a summary of the annual meeting scientific programme highlights or targeted towards certain topic areas depending on your personal requirements.
We can offer a choice of two services:
Full slides: to share the full slide sets as presented at the ICS Annual Meeting. The full slide sets will be collated and sent within one week of the annual meeting.
Executive Summary slides: we will work with Chairs and state of the art lecturers to prepare a shorter summary set of their slides (e.g. 3-5 slides per session). The executive summary slide set would require extensive internal ICS communication and work with the Chairs. Accordingly, and to ensure the very best final product, the delivery date of the final slide set is estimated at 8 weeks after the annual meeting concludes.
