Following on from the ICS General Meeting, the ICS Board of Trustees are pleased to confirm that the meeting was well received and attended by ICS members. The primary item under discussion and voting, was the proposed amendments to the ICS Articles of Association.
The votes following this meeting have been tallied, with the final result being 92 in favour and 1 against the proposed amendments to the ICS Articles of Association. This therefore means that the Article updates were agreed and ICS can host an electronic/online Annual General Meeting in November.
