Thank you to everyone who took part in this year’s ICS 2022 Photography Competition. We loved seeing what you got up to both in Vienna and remotely. There were some brilliant entries with honourable mentions going to Paula Igualada Martinez for her photo of her very own coffee van outside the conference centre and Olena Klahsen for her slow shutter picture of one of the busy lecture halls. That said, after careful consideration of all the entries, we are delighted to announce that the winner of the competition is Patricia Lordelo. Patricia’s selfie in front of the ICS 2023 banner is a lovely depiction of the excitement we all felt about being back in person this year. We also loved the reel she made of her jumping from Brazil to Vienna with her colleagues for ICS 2022, you can view it here. Bring on ICS 2023 Toronto!
