World Continence Week (WCW) 2025 will take place from 16–22 June, uniting continence professionals in raising awareness and advancing care for people living with continence-related conditions. ICS is proud to support this important initiative, organised by the World Federation of Incontinence and Pelvic Problems (WFIPP).

Webinar 1 – Monday, 16 June 2025 | 15:30–16:30 CET Topic: Introducing Patient Decision Aids (PDAs) for Overactive Bladder and Faecal Incontinence

This session introduces new Patient Decision Aids designed to support shared decision-making in the management of Overactive Bladder (OAB) and Faecal Incontinence (FI). Co-created with input from patients, clinicians, and experts in design and communication, the PDAs aim to enhance collaboration and communication between patients and healthcare professionals.

Webinar 2 – Friday, 20 June 2025 | 16:00–17:30 CET Topic: Continence Care and Healthy Ageing

This session focuses on the intersection of continence care and ageing, particularly in the context of nursing home environments. Hosted in collaboration with the PROCON Project, this webinar will highlight innovative approaches to improving care delivery for older adults.

The ICS is especially pleased to share that two of its distinguished committee leaders will be speaking:
Professor Adrian Wagg, Chair of the ICS Scientific Committee
Associate Professor William Gibson, Chair of the ICS Ethics Committee
Both will share insights on improving care delivery in long-term care settings, contributing their expertise from the University of Alberta.
