The ICS conference travel awards were designed to help meet ICS objectives by assisting members from three key groups who are likely to lack resources to travel and attend the annual meetings:
*Members from less economically developed countries click here to see if your country is on the list
*Members from allied health and non-medical professions
*Members in training
The award covers:
*Conference Registration
*Registration for one workshop
*Up to £1000 in financial support to assist with travel and accommodation
Applicants need to be ICS members (or agree to join the ICS within one month of receipt of the award) and have an abstract accepted (poster or podium). Non-discussion posters and read by title abstracts are not eligible. Successful applicants are expected to attend for the duration of the conference including the closing ceremony.
For this year ONLY there is funding available for a special Nurses Travel Award as well as the normal Travel Award.
