ICS Recognised 2nd Bladder Augmentation and Reconstruction Workshop

Course director Waleed Al Taweel welcomes you to the 2nd Bladder Augmentation and Reconstruction Workshop. This is a hands on experimental animal surgery (live animals and dry lab with animal tissues in two 3-hour sessions) workshop with lectures on technical aspects as well as on complications.

The target audience is Urology Residents and Fellows and the objectives are to:

  1. To train the Urology Residents and Fellows on how to perform augmentation cystoplasty, mitrofanoff and ureter re-implantation.
  2. To learn the complications and how to avoid them.
