The aim of this course is to familiarize the pelvic surgeon with the anatomy of the pelvic nerves, vessels, muscles and tissue planes that are important to reconstructive surgery. The objective of the course is for participants to understand and appreciate the spatial relationships of the pelvis with regards to structures that are commonly injured during pelvic surgeries in the hopes of minimizing injuries in live surgery.
