Learn more about ICS 2021 Online

We have decided to transform ICS 2021 into a fully online meeting for you to experience at home, while protecting the safety and well-being of all meeting participants. We will provide an outstanding programme of educational exchanges, scientific news and best practice updates. We will incorporate the aspects of ICS you enjoy the most.

REGISTRATION

How do I register for the Annual Meeting?
Registration will open in June. You can register at any point up to and during the meeting and for 3 months afterwards.

How can I pay the registration fees?
Payment of registration fees can be made by credit card or bank transfer via the online system.

Can I receive an invoice under the sponsoring company/ hospital’s name?
Yes. If you require an invoice to be issued to the sponsoring company, please send an email to the registration department at reg_ics21@kenes.com, specifying the services requested and full address of the sponsoring company.

Will I receive a confirmation letter after I have finished registering?
Yes. Your confirmation will be emailed to you once payment is received and registration is complete. Please ensure that your email address is entered correctly

Can I register multiple delegates at once?
Yes you can, but you will need to have each delegates personal email address. For assistance and further information on group bookings please email reg_ics21@kenes.com.

ABSTRACTS, PROGRAMME & AND GENERAL INFORMATION

When will I know whether my abstract has been accepted?
You will receive your abstract notification by early June 2021, this email will come from the ICS so please check your spam folders.

When will abstracts/presentations be available to attendees?
The abstracts will be available once the programme is online, mid-June. Presentations of the abstracts will be available at the start of the meeting in October along with the rest of the state of the art programme.

Who holds the copyright on ICS abstracts?

What if I am not available during the meeting dates to watch the live sessions?
The content will be available on-demand for all registered participants.

Will ICS 2021 Online be accredited?
The ICS intends to make an application to give you maximum credits for this event. More information will be available soon.

ICS is a charity and multidisciplinary membership society for medical professionals concerned with treating incontinence. ICS aims to provide a forum for scientific discoveries and educational opportunities, as well as giving members the opportunity to network with colleagues from across the world. ICS strives to improve the quality of life for people affected by urinary, bowel and pelvic floor disorders by advancing pure, applied and clinical science through education, research, and advocacy; via our committees, education courses, the annual meeting, and much more.
