The past two decades have been witness to evolving technology which has transformed the diagnostic and therapeutic approach for men with organic sexual dysfunction. The ability to evaluate arterial, venous and neural pathways essential for normal function has allowed greater understanding of why men experience organic erectile and sexual concerns. This presentation will highlight existing data sets, systematic reviews and met-analyses which have explored these novel treatments and provide a foundation to understand why society guidelines have expressed concerns.
