Abstract

Introduction
The approach to chronic pelvic pain is becoming more common every day due to the high prevalence of the pathology.
Many cases require surgical intervention and others require interventional techniques to increase their quality of life.
Design
We have created a new approach through the 7 Star Scope Microendoscope, a minimally invasive technique that allows us to perform approaches with laser and radiofrequency techniques to eliminate fibrosis, aspirate them and release the involved nerves in the form of entrapment and traction for their total release.
Results
Our objective in this video is to show the technique and put our experience for consideration by the scientific community.
The results was good but we need to increse the experience
Conclusion
It is a new technique and approach that needs more experience, but without a doubt the protocol of using laser and radiofrequency through a microendoscope without surgery and percutaneously opens a new vision and alternative to our patients.
