There are a range of items available to make your company more visible at ICS 2017. If something is not listed then please get in contact Daniela Bloch dbloch@kenes.com

#Exhibition Prize Draw Sponsorship
Delegates are given a prize draw card in their delegate bag, and must visit participating booths and collect a stamp from each to be entered for a free prize draw. Overall support of the above described draw gives you entry into the prize draw, and will make your organisation a mandatory stamp for the draw – this means ALL delegates wishing to enter the draw must visit your stand, as well as having you corporate logo to appear on the draw card which is given to every delegate.

#Entry Prize Draw Entry
Participation in this draw guarantees significant footfall to your stand. All participating exhibitors will be allocated a unique stamp to mark the entry cards of delegates attending their stand. Delegates return their card to the ICS stand and the prize draw will be made at the end of conference. The numbers of exhibitors participating in this scheme will be limited, and allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.

#Promotion of Company’s Products on Plasma Screens
Supporter may provide a slide that will appear on two plasma screens. The plasma screens will provide a platform for companies to promote their sessions. They will be located in the registration area and/or at the entrance to the exhibition area. Your company’s slide will appear for 60 seconds, and will be shown in a loop with other companies’ slides and Conference information (content of slide is subject to the approval by the Scientific Committee).

#Meeting Bags
Every delegate will receive a branded bag on registering, containing all vital conference information. This bag is designed to be used during the full five days of the meeting, and long after the event is over. Support will be acknowledged in the Industry Support and Exhibition section of the program guide, on the event website, and with signage during the event. The bag must be approved by the organising committee in advance.

#Notepads and Pens (provided in-kind)
An opportunity to provide the participants with branded notepads and pens. Corporate branding of a given sponsor will appear on each pen and delegate pad which are placed in all 3000+/- delegate bags for use during the meeting and afterwards. Pens will bear the ICS logo and the Supporter’s company logo and will be distributed in the participants’ Conference bags. Support will be acknowledged in the Industry Support and Exhibition section of the program guide, on the event website, and with signage during the event.

#Delegate Lanyards (provided in-kind)
Every delegate has a name-badge and lanyard that must be worn throughout the five days of the meeting to gain access to workshops and all sessions in the scientific programme. The supporter will provide lanyards and an additional Sponsorship fee. The Supporters company logo will appear on the badge cords and will be distributed to all Meeting participants. The lanyard must be approved by ICS prior to production. Support will be acknowledged in the Industry Support and Exhibition section of the program guide, on the event website, and with signage during the event.

#Cyber Centre
There will be an Internet Area equipped with workstations where attendees may check e-mails. Your company’s logo will be prominently displayed.

  • Opportunity to place your own carpet for branding
    Support will be acknowledged in the Industry Support and Exhibition section of the program guide, on the event website, and with signage during the event.

#Delegate Bag Inserts
Inclusion of one-page promotional material in the participants' Conference bags. Material should be provided by the Supporter and approved by the Secretariat. Supporters' product information will be available for all Conference participants. The distribution arrangement will be advised.

#Hospitality Suites/Meeting Rooms
An opportunity to hire a room at the Meeting venue that will be used as a Hospitality Suite. The space will be available for the supporter to host and entertain its guests throughout the Meeting. Supporters will have the option to order catering at an additional cost. Hospitality provided will be in compliance with all relevant industry codes and compliance guidelines. Cost depends on room size. Benefits include:

  • Opportunity to brand the hospitality suite.
  • Acknowledgement on directional signage outside suite.

#Networking Reception
Supporter will have the opportunity to promote itself through a networking reception on the first evening to which all registered attendees are invited. Hospitality and any activities provided will be in compliance with all relevant industry codes.

#Festival Chair NEW!
The Festival Chair is trendy, stylish and informal. This multipurpose cardboard stool can be customised to match whatever theme you have chosen.

#E-Poster Area
An electronic version of the traditional boards will be displayed on monitor screens in a prime location. The highly trafficked e-Poster computer terminals will allow attendees to access the electronic poster presentations easily and conveniently.

  • Prominent signage at the entrance to and around the E-Posters area.
  • Company logo on header of the online submissions system, alongside Meeting logo.
  • Support will be acknowledged in a designated section of the program as: ˝Supported by˝, on the Conference website, and with signage during the event.

#Mobile Application
The Congress App engages attendees with personalised planning tools and real-time event updates. The App transforms smartphones, tablets and laptops into a tool for active meeting participation, making it easy for participants to access meeting information they need and to connect with speakers and colleagues. The App includes the scientific programme, abstracts, speaker info, participant lists, rating/voting system for sessions/speakers and a personalised scheduler and is easily downloadable from the App Store and Google Play.
Congress App sponsorship support includes:

  • Supporter acknowledgement on the splash/pop-up screen of the app: "Supported by: company name/logo" (product logo not permitted).
  • Signage on site with App QR code and "Supported by: company name/logo" (product logo not permitted).
  • 2 "push notifications" are included in the sponsorship package.
  • Priority listing in the list of conference exhibitors.
  • Support will be acknowledged in the Industry Support and Exhibition section of the programme, on the event website, and on signage during the event.

#"Friends" of the Meeting
Grants of any amount are appreciated and important to the success of the ICS Annual Meeting. Support will be acknowledged in a designated section of the program as: ˝Supported by˝, on the Conference website, and with signage during the event.

#Mailblast
Gain additional exposure for your Symposium, company or exhibition booth by sending out a Mail Blast to the preregistered delegates who have agreed to disclose their details at a date and time coordinated with the Congress Organiser. Mail Blast to be provided by Sponsor and subject to receipt by deadline. Support will be acknowledged in the Industry Support and Exhibition section of the program, on the event website, and with signage during the event.

#Promotional messages (push notifications) on Mobile Application
A promotional message will be integrated into the mobile application with a note from the supporting company. Supporter will be able to promote his symposium/booth/product via the promotional messages.

Please note that it is the Exhibitors’/Supporters’ responsibility to comply with the local authority’s regulations, EFPIA (European Federation of Pharmaceuticals Industries & Associations)(http://www.efpia.org) , Eucomed (represents Medical Technology industry)[http://archive.eucomed.org/] and IFPMA (International Federation of Pharmaceutical Manufacturers & Associations)[http://www.ifpma.org] Code of Practice on the promotion of medicines. Failure to comply with these regulations may not be used as a ground to declare the contract void. Failure to comply with the rules and regulations will not expose the Organiser to any suits, demands by the Exhibitor/Supporter or any other third party.
