The ICS Board of Trustees would like to invite you to become a Ambassador for the forthcoming annual meeting in Gothenburg. This is a prestigious role that is only offered to ICS members.
ICS Ambassadors will be required to recruit potential participants to attend ICS 2019 by:
- contacting peers/colleagues/contacts to highlight this event
- sending promotional materials (supplied by ICS) to relevant institutions (e.g. hospital and university departments)
- promotion of the event via social media platforms
If you are attending or speaking at an event, we would request that you spread the word among delegates, with the permission of the hosts. The ICS office can provide promotional slides and materials to assist you.
As a thank you for your involvement, the Board will offer Ambassadors discounted registration rates, depending on the number of delegates that sign-up with your name as a reference. As delegates register they select your name from the drop-down option so that we keep a record of how many sign up due to your efforts.
