Residency in General Surgery (1982,1983) and residency in Ob-Gyn ( 1984-85-86). at Hospital das Clinicas da Faculdade de Medicina da USP. Specialization (18 months) in Urology and Urodynamics at Instituto de Urologia de Sao Paulo. International post graduation at Womens Memorial Medical Center in Long Beach with Prof. Donald R.Ostergaard and at Texas Institute for Rehabilittion and Research (TIRR) with William Guerriero and Keith Light. Installed in 1986 and coordinated untill 2000 the first Urodynamics Unit at Hospital Israelita Albert Einstein.
PhD at Faculdade de Medicina da USP received in 1994 with the thesis: " SUI surgical treatment. Urodinamics findings". Assistant at the Gynecology Clinics at Hospital das Clinicas da Faculdade de Medicina da USP untill 2000.
Owns a three units Ob-Gyn, Urogynecology and Urodynamocs Clinic in Sao Paulo,Brasil
Medical practice foccused in Integral Female Evaluation and Assistance with emphasis in prevention of perineal damage and continence preservation and repair along the various peiods of the woman's life.
From clinical experience in the assistance of pregnant women with urinary tract disfunction originated from neurological lesion runs a project for Integral Assistance to the Pregnant Woman with Neurological Lesion in colaboration with the City of Sao Paulo Public Medical Assistance. Member of ICS since 1987 (with a few vacatrion years..) and of IUGA, amongst other societies. Trainning and Habilitation in Robotic Surgery at Houston Medical Center and Florida Institute in 2009.
