Xanthe has a diverse research portfolio spanning multiple areas including organisational behaviour, health services management, and health workforce education. She is currently a Research Fellow with the Bolton Clarke Research Institute and an Adjunct Research Fellow with Griffith University. She has over 13 years experience working in health services research and her interest in aged care was sparked through working on an intergenerational care project for two years. Building on this experience, Xanthe is passionate about exploring innovative approaches to service delivery in aged care that are evidence-informed, sustainable and effective in improving the wellbeing of older people accessing aged care services.
