Eun Kyoung Choi, PhD, RN, CPNP is assistant professor of Yonsei University College of Nursing. Dr. Choi is continuing to conduct research on children with special conditions (such as spina bifida and Down syndrome) and their families. She is a recognized expert in the field of health care for people with spina bifida in South Korea and has over 40 publications in the field of pediatric nursing and care of children and youth with special health care needs and disabilities. In 2019, Dr. Choi received funding from the National Research Foundation of Korea (NRF) funded by the Korean government to support her study, “Developing and evaluation a Transition Care Program based on Life Course Model for adolescent with spina bifida and strategic dissemination.”
