RCOG subspeciality-accredited Urogynaecologist. Graduated from Ain Shams University, Cairo, in 1992. Completed MSc and MD in Obstetrics & Gynaecology in 2002. Currently the lead urogynaecologist in NHS Ayrshire & Arran, West of Scotland. Research interests include stress urinary incontinence, urodynamics and pelvic organ prolapse. Currently holds a research fellowship with NHS Research Scotland - developing a research programme in clinical improvement including conservative and surgical interventions for pelvic floor dysfunction.
