I am a consultant urogynaecologist at the University of Leicester in the UK. I was chairman of the research subcommittee of the British Society of Urogynaecology from 2006-12, a member of the Medical Research Council College of Experts, a scientific editor of the British Journal of Obstetrics & Gynaecology from 2003-12, and a member of the Scientific Committees of the ICS and IUGA from 2008-11.
