Mr Vasileios I Sakalis MSc, PhD, FEBU, FRCS, is a consultant urologist currently working in Agios Pavlos Hospital of Thessaloniki, Greece. After his graduation (2002), he pursued his urological training in Greece. He completed a fellowship in andrology and reconstruction in St Georges NHS Trust, London, UK (2013) and a fellowship in neurourology and reconstruction in Salisbury NHS Trust, UK (2015). He worked as a consultant urologist in Salisbury up to 2017. He has holds a Master degree (Medical School, Aristotele University of Thessaloniki, Greece, 2010) and a PhD degree (Medical School, Aristotele University of Thessaloniki, Greece, 2010). He is a fellow of Royal College of Surgeons of England (FRCS) and a fellow of European Board of Urology (FEBU). He is an associate member of Male LUTS panel of European Urology Guidelines office since 2013. His main interests are; neurogenic voiding dysfunction, lower urinary tract reconstruction, incontinence, male LUTS and urethral reconstruction.
