Since being announced at the 2012 AGM significant progress has been made in the ICS strategic planning process. A targeted survey was completed by ICS members in December 2012, the results of which were considered by the Board of Trustees at strategy planning days in January and March 2013. The Board is currently preparing for a three day meeting in May when a draft five year strategy plan and document will be prepared. This draft will then be shared for consultation with the ICS membership in late May/early June. Following the consultation, member responses will again be carefully considered by the Board before a final draft strategy plan is prepared and presented to the membership.
