The ICS office is pleased to announce that we will be offering free meeting space to non-profit organisations at the ICS Annual Meetings!
If you are a non-profit organisation then ICS can offer you a free meeting room for your Annual General Meeting or Business Meeting. Alternatively you could hold a workshop, open to all delegates, updating them on the work being carried out by your society/discipline.
Your members can therefore benefit from attending one meeting rather than attending a range of conferences, thus saving them time and money! The ICS also benefits from a diverse programme and members attending the annual meeting.
Whatever your requirements the ICS will consider your request for space to conduct your business. The programme and content will be your responsibility but please note for Educational Sessions, ICS terminology and standardisation will be required.
