Ongoing projects:
VIGI-MESH: French observatory of serious complications of pelvic floor surgery. Funded in 2016 by the ANSM (Agence Nationale de Sécurité du Médicament et des produits de santé, ansm.santé.fr)
CACTUS-D trial, an international project (PI: Cara Tannenbaum, Montreal) on urinary promotion in women after 65. We examine if a workshop about urinary incontinence improve quality of life. Project funded in 2012 by the INPES (Institut National de Prévention et d’Education à la Santé, inpes.santepubliquefrance.fr) for France.
GAZEL Cohort is composed of 20 000 volunteers for epidemiological research (gazel.inserm.fr). In collaboration with Virginie Ringa, we conceived, analyzed and published a project on female incontinence during and after menopause.
EDEN cohort is composed of 2 000 women included during their pregnancy in Poitiers and Nancy and followed for 5 years (eden.vjf.inserm.fr). We analyze prevalence, incidence and psychological consequences of postnatal incontinence.
CONSTANCES cohort, this project intend to include 200 000 volunteers aged 18-75 years during CNAM (Caisse Nationale d’Assurance Maladie – National Health Insurance Fund) medical check-up (www.constances.fr/). We planned to study female and male urinary troubles and female pelvic pain.
