Anton's lecture will provide a better understanding of Prevalence and impact of NBD and how an understanding of the brain-gut axis helps understand pathophysiology. Future potential for neuromodulation and targeting the microbiota to target the brain-gut axis will also be discussed.

Holly Richter: Evidence-based Review of Transvaginal Hysteropexy for Uterovaginal Prolapse
Holly's lecture will discuss hysteropexy indications in patient selection and contraindications. This will be followed by a summarisation of the existing evidence regarding objective and subjective outcomes of native tissue hysteropexy techniques vs vaginal hysterectomy for uterovaginal prolapse. Holly will provide the most up to date RCT results on mesh hysteropexy/repairs to TVH/repairs for uterovaginal prolapse
