Grace Neustaedter graduated from the University of Manitoba with her nursing degree and from the University of Calgary with her Masters in Nursing. She completed the Nurse Continence Advisor course in 2002. She has been working in a Multidisciplinary team since 1998 with Urogynecologists, Physical Therapists and a team of other specialty nurses. Her role as Clinical Nurse Specialist (2005) in the Pelvic Floor Clinic (PFC) in Calgary, Alberta, allows her to function frequently as a consultant and an educator and speaker for many lay and professional internal and external groups – local, nationally and Internationally. She is a clinical expert in assessing women with pelvic floor disorders, including both bladder and bowel incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse and treating them conservatively with pessaries and behavioural training. Grace created many educational handouts and educational classes which are presented to all new referrals to the PFC.
